In short: The file may be edited and used inside the named organisation. The reusable master kit may not be resold, published, or shared with a client, affiliate, another organisation, or the public.
Rights granted
- Store, print, and edit the file for the licensee's internal needs.
- Give limited access to employees of the licensee who need the master kit for their work.
- Send completed documents to external advisers for review without providing the reusable master kit.
Uses not included
- Reselling, sublicensing, publishing, or uploading the master kit to a public or shared template repository.
- Sharing the master kit or its adaptations with clients, affiliates, another organisation, or the public.
- Using one purchase as a reusable client-template library. Law firms and consultants need a separate Professional Practice Licence for that use.
- Removing licence markings to conceal the file's provenance.
File marking
The buyer's copy identifies the licensee and order number on the first page, in the footer, and in a watermark. The email address is used for delivery and appears on the licence page, but not in the page watermark, to minimise visible personal data.
Limitations
The kit is a general working resource, not legal advice, an audit, certification, or a guarantee of compliance or enforceability. The licensee remains responsible for adapting the material to the relevant facts, sector, transaction, and law and for obtaining qualified review.
