How delivery works
After payment is confirmed, LegalTrans prepares a copy marked with the licensee name and order number. The file is sent manually to the email provided at checkout.

FAQ
Can this NDA be signed straight away?
Not necessarily. First check the party names, purpose, definition of confidential information, exclusions, duration, governing law, forum, and the authority of each signatory.
Do both languages have the same authority?
The kit includes both languages, but the parties still need to decide which version governs if there is a difference. Discuss the effect of that clause with legal counsel.
Is this a sworn translation?
No. It is an editable bilingual template. A recipient may still require a sworn translation of the final NDA for a particular use.
Can I change the clauses?
Yes. Any change made in one language should also be made in the other and reviewed again before signing.
May I share the files?
The master kit is licensed to one named licensee or organisation. A completed draft may be sent to external advisers for review, but the reusable master kit may not be shared with clients, affiliates, another organisation, or the public.
